Vakantiewerk zomer 2023 camping in Frankrijk

De eigenaren spreken geen Nederlands, wel Engels dus Engels spreken is wel belangrijk, Frans is mooi meegenomen, maar hoeft niet. Sollicitatie wel graag in het Engels!

We are small family campsite on the banks of the river Ubaye in the beautiful sunny Southern Alpes of France. Run by a British family, we speak Englis and French and have some Dutch speaking employees.

We are looking for three possible employees to join our small team.

One post would be a mixture of reception and service in the restaurant – 36 hrs per week.

A post is required as a waiter/waitress in the restaurant for the evening service – 36 hrs per week.

A post is required as a kitchen aid with some hours of cleaning – 21 hrs per week (possibility to work extra hours in the kitchen during the evening service)

All positions are required for this summer from June/July to the end of August. Candidates must be willing to work hard and as part of a team. You will have contact with our guests, so a polite and professional attitude is essential.

For the reception post it is essential to have a basic knowledge of the French language and a little experience in restaurant service.

For the restaurant service post, a basic knowledge of the French language is required.

The kitchen aid post requires a basic knowledge of food hygiene and good organisational skills– no cooking is required.

Many of our guests are from Holland, but we also attract guests from many other European countries and often have visits from the locals including the local rafting and kayaking guides. The main attractions in the area are the white-water sports, beautiful walks, Downhill VTT, road cycling, climbing and all this from the campsite.

A car is recommended for leisure hours, but it is not essential.
